Public Relation 10/2024 - 1/2025
Ini Lho ITS! (ILITS) is a program
from BEM ITS that introduces ITS to high
school students throughout Indonesia. With the theme 'Aspiration Integration',
ILITS emphasizes the importance of collaboration between prospective students
and the ITS academic elements. some
tasks that I have completed as Public Relation staff at INI LHO ITS 2025 are:
- Conducting communication and direct visits to high schools in Surabaya to promote ITS.
- Conducting online visits to international high schools in various countries, such as Singapore, Jeddah, Tokyo, Malaysia, etc, to expand ITS promotion globally.
- Serving as the main point of contact and liaison officer with various parties at ITS, including student associations, BEM, research teams, as well as lecturers and deans.
External Relation 6/2024 - 12/2024
Fiksioner Light Up Enterpreneur
Spirit (FLES) is a program under the auspieces of Fiksioner Indonesia which
aims to encourage the enterpreneurial spirit among Indonesian youth. some tasks
that I have completed as External Relation staff at FLES 2024 are:
- reached out to various companies via email and LinkedIn to initiate and secure partnerships that would support the FLES Fiksioner
- Found and worked with media partners to help promote the event on social media, making sure it reached more people
- reached out promotional materials and event details with schools, reaching more young people and encouraging them to join the event.
Finance 5/2024 - 10/2024
Information Systems Expo (ISE!) is
an annual event organized by the ITS Information Systems Student Association
(HMSI) which consists of a series of events in the field of information
technology. some tasks that I have completed as Finance staff at ISE! 2024 are:
- Actively participated in fundraising by selling products at various events held on the ITS campus to support the ISE! event.
- Find and engaged with food and beverage vendors in Surabaya to collaborate together.
- Managed weekly fundraising activities around the campus area
